Q. Do I need to have an account with PayPal to place my order on-line?
A. No, you do not need to establish an account with PayPal to place an order. During checkout, you will be given the option to create an account but it is not necessary if you wish to order from us.
Q. When should I eat my dipped strawberries?
A. For maximum freshness, dipped strawberries should be consumed the day of delivery and are best eaten at room temperature. Store any remaining strawberries in the refrigerator.
Q. Why do you only deliver within the Tri-Starte area?
A. Freshness is the major factor regarding our delivery area. We strive to maintain quality and freshness by delivering our products the very day they are produced. Also our packaging does not allow us to ship using most major carriers, as damage may occur.
Q. Can I schedule a specific delivery date and time?
A. Yes, but you must contact customer service prior to ordering to ensure your requested delivery date and time are available on the delivery schedule. We will try our best to accommodate your needs. You may contact customer service by either phone or e-mail.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Sorry, our production facility is not suited for pick-ups. In the future we hope of have a retail location available.
Q. What is your delivery schedule?
A. We will generally deliver on Monday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with extended hours during major holidays. If you have special delivery needs please contact customer service. If accommodations are made in a timely manner, we may deliver on Sundays or outside our normal delivery hours.
Q. Why is there a two (2) day order processing time?
A. Our production is scheduled when orders are received. Our two day lead time is in effect because we are a small, up & coming business who wants to satisfy our customers. This lead time allows us to process & deliver existing orders without backlogging production.
Q. Do you offer a guarantee?
A. Yes, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know why & we will reship or issue a refund. Please contact customer service.
